WhiteListing - Receiving Your E-Mails
Spam, or unwanted and unsolicited e-mails are a big problem. But it is also a problem when e-mails that you want to receive do not make it past the filters. Here's what you can do to improve the chances of receiving the e-mails you want.
It's called WhiteListing and it is a way of instructing your mail server or your ISP that e-mail which they think is spam is actually e-mail that you wish to receive. These instructions differ depending on which service you use. But as a basic rule for them all you can:
· Add the sender's address to your address book
· Click on this is not spam whenever you find an e-mail you want to receive in the spam, junk or trash folder
Here are some more specific instructions for the most popular services.

If you use a service not covered here you might like to search for the latest WhiteListing information available for that service. But as a minimum, it is worth adding the senders e-mail address to your address book.
In some cases, you may have to send an e-mail to your ISP and ask for an address to be white listed.
